UX-PM 1 Training course: Adopting UX

UX-PM 1 is part of a 3 level training program developed by the UXalliance, the world’s first network of leading UX companies, designed for digital product, marketing, and project managers, who want to understand the fundamentals of UX, adopt UX methodologies in projects and encourage a customer-centered design culture in their organizations.
After this first level of training, participants will be able to:
- Understand key UX concepts, methods, misconceptions and challenges
- Understand the benefits of a UX approach
- Be familiar with UX tools and methods
- Learn methods to integrate user experience into digital projects
- Become a UX ambassador in their organization
About UX-PM Certification
The UX-PM Certification is an international user experience (UX) training program for digital product/services. There are 3 levels to expand knowledge of UX and how to integrate and manage it to achieve an awesome user experience in your projects. UX-PM certification is currently available in: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Finland, France, India, Italy, Mexico, Poland, United States, South Africa, Switzerland, and United Kingdom, with more countries coming.
Day 1: Training session
On the first day delegates will learn how to demystify common misconceptions about UX, and immerse themselves in the fundamentals of UX and human factors. We will also learn about the principles and ROI benefits for integrating UX activities into product development, and study real world case studies.
Day 2: Training session
Delegates will learn the tools of the trade – how and when to involve users in the process, methods to encourage collaboration and empathy, and practical ways to integrate user insights into development cycles (from strategy to design). Our trainers will teach delegates understand how to use UX as a communication tool, and promote the value of UX within their organization.
Day 2: Exam and certification
Delegates will take an online multiple choice test at the end of day 2, followed by a one-to-one interview with the instructor.
