Kashish has over 9 years of experience leading UX research, design thinking, and experience strategy across financial services, technology and consulting. Having lived and worked across three different countries, she brings a perspective to her work that is shaped by diverse cultures and markets.

She is deeply curious about “the why” behind human behavior, and approaches complex challenges with a focus on turning them into experiences that are meaningful and engaging. Outside of work, Kashish is a watercolor artist with a love for painting nature and landscapes and enjoys swimming!
