Michael Sabo Senior UX Researcher

Michael found his way into design research because of his passion for simplifying processes for people. His degrees in Computer Science and Human-Computer Interaction, coupled with his experience as a paramedic has meant that Michael is particularly interested in service design within the healthcare industry and public sector. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, dancing, and woodworking.
