Multi Camera Views

Our studios each have multiple cameras that can be used to focus in on your participants, from a wide shot showing the context of the test session to a close up of a participants face to understand their reactions to your stimuli. Each camera can be adjusted to get the best view of your session.

Mobile and desktop

Each of our studios has a computer and visualiser included as standard in the rental price. You can use our computers to demonstrate your web based stimuli or get a direct feed from the participant using an iOS device to work through your prototype. We can also show a feed of the mobile device using the visualiser provided with each studio.

BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)

If you would like to bring your own device (computer, console, phone) we can connect it into our system, all we need is a standard HDMI output from your device and it can be plugged directly in so it can be viewed in the observation room, recorded in your sessions and streamed securely to your observers.

Recording

We record your sessions in high definition as standard with the videos delivered via our secure file delivery platform at no additional cost. Sessions are recorded with two video feeds of your choice from the test room. Typically this is a video of the stimuli (desktop, website, mobile device) and a view of the participants face as they complete the sessions.

Live Streaming

We’ve created a high quality live streaming platform so that your sessions can be streamed to anyone who can’t physically view them onsite. This secure, web-based platform allows anyone with an internet connection to view the sessions in real time, in high definition video. The use of a standard web-based streaming platform means that the video typically gets through company firewalls where other viewing solutions fail. Streaming multi language support

Our live streaming service can provide in-player selection of audio interpretation, so you can have your local country sessions translated into any number of different languages live. Remote Sessions

Remote sessions with participants provides the ability to talk to people who are not geographically located to attend sessions at our facilities. We have developed a system where you use familiar tools such as Zoom and Webex to conduct sessions with your chosen participants with the live output of that session being viewable through our secure, web-based portal.

This allows observers to view the sessions on a standard web browser without the restrictions of having to use a particular company’s bespoke conferencing software. It also allows you to conduct sessions without concern that the participant may become unsettled by being able to see a list of viewers on the conferencing tool you are using.
