Housed within a red-brick former warehouse in San Francisco’s SOMA district, our US Lab is a vibrant space and home to our team of researchers and service designers. We regularly host product leaders, CX teams and innovation stakeholders from different industries – including tech, health, and financial services.
It’s a space designed with collaboration in mind: ideal for co-creation sessions, discovery activities and workshops. Featuring flexible rooms, dedicated areas for design sprints and journey mapping, plus a fully equipped usability studio.
